ELUTENG M.2 2280 Heatsink Double-Sided Heat Sink Alloy Aluminum NGFF NVME Cooling Sink with 4 Therma

Both SSD Heatsinks are available for the M.2 2280 SSD. Including a screw fixing heat sink, rubber band fixing heat sink, screws, rubber ring and thermal silicone pad. Compatible with Samsung 850 EVO, 860 EVO, 960 EVO, 970 EVO, 950 PRO, 960 PRO, 970 PRO SSD, etc.

[Double-Sided Quick Cooling] Groove design M.2 2280 heatsink, greatly increase the heat dissipation area, with 10°C - 25°C cooling effect (Varies depending on the environments), cooling the M.2 SSD to a safe temperature quickly and improving the performance of your computer.

[Phase Change Thermal Conductivity Technology] The use of high-coefficient phase change thermal silicon wafers greatly improves thermal conductivity. Long-term use of phase change materials, thermal conductivity will be better.

[Durable] Alloy aluminum oxidation greatly improves the corrosion resistance, hardness, wear resistance, insulation, heat resistance of the NGFF NVME cooler, and prolongs the service life.

[Easy to install] Make precise and close fitting, easy to install, and not damage the hard disk.

Install thermal silicone pad (0.8 mm small square)

Accurate heat transfer through a 0.8 mm small square silicone pad on the M.2 SSD chip.

Transfer heat to the aluminum heat sink and ensure that the chip surface has a silicone pad. There are 10 pieces of silicone that you can use according to your SSD needs.

Fix the SSD cooler with two rubber rings

Step 1: Clean the side of the M.2 SSD with a wet wipe (bag, No. 1) and dry it with a dry towel (bag, No. 2).

Step 2: Remove the double-sided protective film of the light blue thermal silica gel pad.

Step 3: Place a silicone pad (1mm blue) on the front and try to place it in the middle of the M.2 SSD, gently press it with your finger.

Step 4: Place the heat sink on the silicone pad and align the screw holes.

Step 5: Fix the ends of the heat sink with 2 rubber bands.

Fixing the heat sink with screws

Step 1: Clean the sides of the M.2 SSD with a wet wipe and dry with a dry towel.

Step 2: Place a silicone pad (0.5 mm pink) on the aluminum back cover. Make sure there is no semi-circular space covered.

Step 3: Place the M.2 SSD on a thermal silicone pad. Make sure to align the semi-circular space of the aluminum back cover.

Step 4: Remove the double-sided protective film of the light blue thermal silica gel pad.

Step 5: Place a silicone pad (1mm blue) on the front and try to place it in the middle of the M.2 SSD, gently press it with your finger.

Step 6: Place the heat sink on the silicone pad and align the screw holes.

Step 7: Fix the heat sink to the back cover with 6 screws.
